Cabrini paints in all media and finds inspiration in nature. The sea has captivated her all her life. Her work has evolved from this fascination and interest in the energy and force of the wide-open seascape. Cabrini’s work is a very personal and subjective response to the sea and the seashore. Throughout the years Cabrini’s work has been selected to exhibit in many open exhibitions and group exhibitions such as the RHA, the Oireachtas, The Royal Ulster Academy, the Original Print Gallery and the James Gallery Dublin plus numerous Art Centers around Ireland such as The Old Market Arts Centre Dungarvan and the Arts Centre Mullingar. In 2007, Cabrini was invited to exhibit at the prestigious Florence Biennale in Italy.
Cabrini won the 2002 Arts Council Award for painting and the Bonn and Uachtarain de Hide Gold Medal. She was also awarded an Arts Council flight award to Oberlin, Ohio USA. She is a professional member of Visual Artists Ireland and was Associate member of the Artist Panel, The Irish Museum of Modern Art, Dublin.
