Manon West was born in 1999 in Ireland. She received her Honors BA in Contemporary Art at Atlantic Technological University in 2022. She works in multiple mediums, focusing on figurative art and surrealism. Her personal environment is a central theme in her work.
Her exhibitions this past year include The Royal British Society of Artists Exhibition 2025, the London Art Biennale 2025, and the Ballinglen Arts Foundation and Museum of Art Second Biennial Exhibition 2025, winning the Collins Plastic Prize.
She also attended the Notre Dame MFA Artist Residency in Kylemore, Ireland, and Hakoniemi Artist Residency in Finland last year. She began 2026 at NES Artist Residency in Iceland, followed by four months at Konstepidemin Artist Residency in Sweden.
